About the Job:
We are looking for someone who has a big heart and a calm voice, likes helping people, keeps cool under pressure, make customers feel heard, believes empathy is a superpower, solution focused, detail oriented without losing the human touch, confident communicating across phone, email and text, this is not a "copy-paste reply" job. This is a "think, solve, repeat" role.
Responsibilities:
- It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately treat all claimants, deliver service that reflects our values, maintain and update client data within the case management system to ensure 100% accuracy;
- Shift gears while staying organized and on track and keep documentation complete while managing incoming telephone calls.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience 2+ years preferred, awesome communication skills, time management guru;
- Able to think outside the box, self-motivated, pleasant phone personality, and organized, team player;
- Multitask capability without compromising on quality and dependable and punctual.
